Repair times vary by recall; many software updates or bolt replacements can be completed in a few hours, while headlight or fuel pump replacements may require longer. If you need same-day scheduling and payment flexibility, ask about our service financing via the pre-approval link and check current service specials.
Does an open recall affect my 2012 Acura RL's trade-in or resale value?
An unresolved recall can reduce buyer confidence and may lower trade-in or resale offers. Many dealerships and private buyers check NHTSA records; having recalls addressed at Coggin Acura Fort Pierce protects value and provides documented proof of repair for future buyers. To get your vehicle ready for sale or trade, use our appraisal page at value your trade after recall repairs are completed.
Can I fail a state inspection because of an unresolved 2012 Acura RL recall?
Some recalls involve safety systems that could lead to inspection failures depending on state regulations; addressing recalls reduces the risk of failing safety inspections.
